Terms & Conditions:

  1. Promotion starts 12.01am Auckland time on 01/07/2019, ends 11.59pm on 30/12/2019. To claim, you must during the Offer Period, purchase one (1) ACUVUE® product from any participating optometrist, and if unsatisfied with the product within 30 days from purchase date, complete the claim form and send a copy of both claim form and purchase receipt to ACUVUE® Comfort Guarantee, PO Box 56611, Dominion Road, Auckland, 1446, New Zealand
  2. Each valid claim received before last mail (Auckland time) on 14/01/2020 will receive a cheque for the amount paid for the purchased eligible ACUVUE® product. Cheques must be deposited by claimants into their bank accounts by the claimant within 90 days of the issue date.
  3. Only one claim per household.
  4. Offer only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
