HOW TO GET YOUR FREE‡ TRIAL

For a free‡ trial of ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses all you need to do is fill in the registration form below with your details and we will then send you an email with your personal e-voucher. Then you simply:

  1. Make sure you have the email from ACUVUE®.
  2. Book an appointment with your Eye Care Practitioner/Optometrist or the practitioner chosen (fitting fees may apply).
  3. Get your eyes tested and fitted for contact lenses. (5 days for daily disposable contact lenses and 2 weeks for reusable contact lenses.)
  4. Enjoy your new lenses.
  5. If you enjoy the experience, don’t forget to go back and buy your supply of contact lenses!

The information submitted on this form will be used to deliver your voucher and to improve the products and services we provide to you. You may also receive free‡ trial lenses by visiting any participating Eye Care Practitioner/Optometrist, who will determine if ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses are right for you.

  1. Professional examination and fitting fees may apply and are not included.
  2. Offer open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over who have a valid contact lens prescription only.
  3. One voucher per person.
  4. To claim your free‡ trial contact lenses, download and print off the voucher and book an appointment with your local participating eye care practitioner. If your eye care practitioner determines that ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses are suitable for you, hand in the voucher to your eye care practitioner to receive your free‡ trial lenses.
  5. Free‡ trial lenses are subject to availability at the time of your appointment.
  6. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost/damaged, redeemed against a purchase by direct debit or used in conjunction with any other vision related offer. No refunds are available for any free‡ trial lenses returned.
